This movie starts of well, keeps going well and then falters right at the very end to become any other ordinary Hindi film. But hats off to Shiny Ahuja who played the title role and looks cool when he is not speaking. Kangna Ranaut has done well for a debut film, her voice is a bit different, more like in Meena Kumari mold, which could be irritating for some. The music is very melodious and strikes a chord with you in the very first hearing. The movie has a few twists to keep you in grossed right till the very end. There were rumours that its Abu Salem's love story, but i think its far from it. The music definitely stands out, need to get the songs now especially the 'Tu hi meri shab hai....". Not to forget Imram Hasmi also stars, and carries with him his rebel smooching image.

finally saw this movie. Man, is that woman's voice irritating or what!!!
I agree. It was very irritating.
personally her voice reminded me off Salma Sultan (doordarshan newsreader in the 80s)....wonder if you guys still remember her!
The first half was a bit slow where it was easier to draw blood from a stone than dialogues from Shiney Ahuja. Picked up in the second half and was relieved to see that Imran Hashmi lived up to his reputation of being a serial kisser!
